Recent MLB Draft picks from Mass. high schools



The first round of the Major League Baseball Draft commences tonight with the first round, and ends Saturday following the 40th round of selections. A few local names are expected to get selected over the next few days, including Springfield Central shortstop Isan Diaz and Xaverian/Salisbury (Conn.) righthander Austin DeCarr. 

Here's a rundown of the selections of prospects selected out of Massachusetts high schools since 2000:
